These terms govern your use of Cardea and the Heart Score report. By creating an account or unlocking a report, you agree to everything set out below.

What Cardea provides

Cardea provides Heart Score: a questionnaire that estimates a heart age, a ten-year cardiovascular risk figure and a heart health score from the answers you give, together with an explanation of what is driving them.
The estimate is produced from your answers alone. Cardea does not examine you, order tests, or verify any figure you enter.
Cardea is operated by Shaligram Magic Enterprises.

Not medical advice

Heart Score is an educational estimate. It is not a diagnosis, not a medical device, and not a substitute for examination, testing or advice from a qualified clinician.
Never delay seeking medical advice, or disregard advice you have been given, because of anything in a report.
If you have symptoms that concern you — chest pain, breathlessness, fainting, or anything else — seek medical care immediately rather than taking a check.
Decisions about medication, treatment or further testing belong with your doctor, who can weigh things this questionnaire cannot see.

Your account and answers

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cardea.
An account is personal to you. Keep your sign-in secure, and do not let anyone else use it.
Answer for yourself, and answer accurately. An estimate is only as good as what it was given — a guessed cholesterol figure produces a guessed result.
Editing an answer does not change a report you have already generated. It starts a new one, so the report you paid for stays exactly as it was when you bought it.

Readable in My Report

One payment of ₹99 covers up to 3 reports, so you can come back with lab figures you did not have on the day and generate again.
A report is spent only when the answers behind it have changed. Asking again for a report you already hold returns the saved one and costs nothing.
Reports you have unlocked stay readable in My Report, along with the payment they were bought under.
The amount payable is shown before payment. Payments are processed in Indian rupees by our payment gateway; Cardea does not receive or store your card or UPI credentials.

Refunds

All payments are final. Once a payment settles it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded in whole or in part.
This applies whether or not you have generated a report against the payment: what the payment buys — access to the paid questions and the report they produce — is delivered the moment it settles.
A payment that fails or is abandoned at the gateway unlocks nothing and creates no charge we hold. If money has left your account and your access has not opened, that is a delivery problem: write to us with the transaction reference and we will settle it against your account.

Your data

Your answers and reports are tied to your account and are not shown to other users.
You give us your health answers so we can produce your report and keep it available to you afterwards.
How that data is collected, stored and handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Cardea to make clinical decisions for other people, or present a report as a medical assessment of anyone.
Do not scrape, automate, resell, or redistribute the questionnaire, the scoring, or the reports.
Do not attempt to break, probe or circumvent the payment flow, the account system, or anything else that guards another person’s data.
We may suspend an account that is used in any of these ways.

Liability

Cardea is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that an estimate will match a clinical assessment, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including any health outcome arising from a decision taken on the basis of a report.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the product changes. The effective date at the top of this page tells you which version is current, and continuing to use Cardea after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pali, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
